01 / The brief
Project overview
Jewellery Stockroom offers an extensive range of jewellery, gifts and personalised pieces. We rebuilt its ecommerce website and continued developing it to improve product discovery, presentation and the experience of buying personalised jewellery.
The project combined WordPress and WooCommerce development with catalogue improvements, custom functionality and ongoing technical support.
02 / Project story
The requirements
The website needed to make a large, varied catalogue easier to explore while giving the team greater flexibility to present products, brands and promotions.
Personalised jewellery introduced additional requirements, including text previews and product-specific font choices. The store also needed to work reliably with its inventory and marketing systems while handling a substantial volume of product data and imagery.
03 / The result
The delivery
We rebuilt the storefront and worked with the team to refine categories, product information and navigation. Subsequent homepage development introduced updated imagery and video, clearer shopping routes and supporting SEO content.
For personalised products, we developed controls to limit available fonts to those suitable for each item and worked with specialist suppliers to refine the preview experience.
We also created a dedicated Google Merchant Center product feed, supported Linnworks inventory synchronisation and improved tracking configuration. Ongoing performance work, troubleshooting and practical guidance help the team maintain and develop the store.
