Our web design process
Stage 1
Architecture
- Face-to-face meeting to seek clarification of requirements.
- Creation and approval of the initial site map. Cookehouse will work closely with you to establish the correct placement of all key categories and pages.
- Working from the approved site map. Cookehouse will create the web site CMS framework and navigation structure.
Stage 2
Frontend Design Concepts
- Cookehouse will create a front end conceptual design to present to you and your team.
- Secondly we submit them for your for consideration and approval.
- After approval, this design will illustrate a selection of pages (usually x4 pages) in both desktop and smart device format.
Stage 3
Coding
- Upon the approval of the front end designs, Cookehouse will proceed with the hard-coding of all PHP and HTML templates and CSS3 and Javascript files.
- Creation of all applicable web site functionality modules and components.
- The web site will be deployed to a live testing environment.
- Compatibility testing and cross-browser testing.
Stage 4
Final Testing
Following the sign off of the test site design, the website will run through a final compatibility testing and then be deployed to your hosting server.
